I was very pleased with the service and item I purchased, the staff were very friendly and helpful and took the time and trouble to explain all about the product. I though the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We were served by Ricky, he was really friendly & approachable, gave us lots of useful advice, he was NOT a pushy type of salesman but totally the opposite & he was obviously very customer service driven - this definately helped me purchase the product today.

My partner had seen a bed online for a specific price and wanted to try the bed before we decided. We were on a bit of a tight schedule as we were only in the area for a limited time, so Sue (the lady we spoke to) helped us find which one we liked (which wasn't physically in store) and decide on a mattress. She was very helpful and knew what she was talking about which helped us decide what we wanted :)

Customer advice and friendliness of salesman

We had visited the store on a previous occasion, and identified the bed frame which we liked. We then looked around other stores and on line for comparative products. It became apparent that the bedframe in Dreams was very good value. So back to the store to purchase the bedframe. The assistant was very helpful in advising us on which mattress to purchase to compliment the bedframe.

Assistance was good , staff was friendly , store was clean and well laid out.. The staff member that assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase.
