We were served by Ian who was extremely knowledgable on the products and more than helpful in assisting us in our choice. So helpful that we bought a bed and mattress on the spot without visiting any other shops ! Also the choice and quality was excellent.

Dealt with the store manager who was pleasant & friendly. I did not encounter any sales pressure which was refreshing. The advice & information I asked for was answered in an honest & professional manner. I work in furniture manufacturing so I could appreciate & understand the technical detail which was well explained. The offer of the 'comfort exchange' was reassuring & a big factor with regard to my choice of retailer.

I went into the store with an idea of the bed and I did not have a clue about a mattress. Sue quickly came to my assistance when I was looking lost near the mattresses. She found the perfect mattress for me fairly quickly and explained everything in the process. Her and her colleague were laughing and making the whole experience easy and light hearted.

Our shopping experience at Dreams was excellent. The sales gentleman Ricky was really helpful and knew when to offer his advise and leave us to look around. The colour code of the different types of mattresses was very helpful and enabled us to concentrate on exactly what type of bed we wanted.
