The store was very welcoming and the staff were all very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressurised into purchasing anything which was lovely. I felt I could take my time and try out a few products without any hassle off any of the staff, when I needed assistance it was there immediately . The staff member was very knowledgeable and made my shopping trip very easy

The service we received was really good, we were made to feel extremely welcome and were given plenty of advice about the bed we wanted and also about the mattress that we will be purchasing from dreams in the future.

the salesman Ricky was very welcoming helpful and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour and instilled confidence with making the purchase. In stark contrast to the previous shop we had been to.

Very helpful Manager called Gareth Thomas who gave his personal feedback about the quality and usefulness of bedroom furniture I was looking to buy and which he has himself.

Very helpful staff member called John who helped me buy the right mattress and bed and also from manager Gareth who offered discount on a bed sheet which makes me feel a little bit more valued than at other stores and will make me keen to return to the store to the store to buy bedroom furniture

Very pleasant helpful salesperson who gave good advice and guidance but wasn't pushy and left us alone to make a decision in our own time.

As soon as we walked in the door the assistant was with us and showed us to exactly what we needed and stayed with us to answer our questions. Very good
