Effectively I put it all down to friendliness and service that created an excellent shopping atmosphere and provided me with needed choices. The staff did a stellar job and gave me all the time i needed.

The assistant was very helpful. various suggestions were made and help given for choice.

On entering staff introduced themselves and explained all we needed to know about the different mattresses and beds abd how the shop worked! They then stood back whilst we were trying them out but were on hand for any questions we had. They were not too 'pushy' which made us feel comfortable during our visit. the staff play a huge part to us as to where we purchased our mattress and bed! We were offered a cup of tea/coffee. The lay out of the shop and colour coded beds made it clear to us what firmness they were which saved us time as we knew the firmness we liked which narrowed it down for us straight away. No complaints at all. We went away from the shop to think about making a purchase and on return we were welcomed again and had alot of time for us again answering our questions and helping us out! Thank you to the staff at dreams swansea!!
