I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams, because of the efficiency of the staff. I was allowed time to browse before being approached, rather than feeling 'pounced on'. Once approached, the staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, sorting out what I wanted to my needs within minutes. She was not at all pushy.

I was served by a lady called Sue at the Swansea Llansamlet store, who has served me twice previously when buying my daughter's beds. She was extremely helpful, attentive and listened to what I asked for, the type of mattress, the particular base I was looking for and a suitable headboard. She worked out the best price for me, finding that it was better to buy a whole package than separate items from different ranges. She encouraged me to try out different mattresses, and took the time to place my order, explain repayment options and delivery dates. She could not have been more helpful, and remembered me from my previous custom. I felt valued as a repeat customer.
