The sales assistant, Sue, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products on offer. She was able to advise us as to the product that would be most suitable for our needs. Sue also arranged the finance and delivery date quickly and efficiently. We never felt pressured at any stage of the purchase and it was a pleasurable and stress-free shopping experience. Due to work commitments the original delivery date had to be changed but the staff member on the phone was also very friendly and professional and was able to rearrange delivery with little fuss. We will definitely be visiting this store again in the future. Please pass on our thanks to the staff, especially Sue, for the excellent customer service at the Phoenix Way, Swansea store.

Store nicely laid out & clean / uncluttered. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. Relaxed & easy transaction from start to finish, plus Dreams except a Defence Discount Service card, which saved me nearly £300. Enjoyed the pod experience for the tempur matress (which I purchased, cloud double mattress) & Tempur pillows.

Gareth was very helpful, i had many questions and he was able to answer them with ease. He was friendly and very easy to deal with, and was able to fit a delivery time around our needs.
