The product I had found online was available in store for me to view. It was better quality than I expected. The store assistant had a good product knowledge and explained everything clearly when placing my order.

staff where friendly and informative and knew what they where talking about,as regards our request's and questions when asked for information about the different beds. Life expectancy- product information e.c.t. Made us feel valued as customers with the service we received - they offered refreshments which we had in the form of [ two cups of tea ] which i must admit sweetened the purchase that we made.

The sales assistant was helpful and quick in helping me make my selection. I was done in less than ten minutes, which may have been down to it being 1.30 -2.00 pm on a Sunday, but I think my experience would not of been much different on a Saturday.
