Ricky in the swansea store was very helpful. We used the mattress sleep machine to determine what mattress was best for us. Easy to order and great that we were able to choose the date for delivery. Received free four pillows and a mattress protector with our order, really happy with that.

Ian (308) was fantastic in store and he really “made” our experience. My wife and I had actually come to Swansea to buy bikes from Halfords but we left with a new mattress and pillows! This would definitely not have happened if Ian was not there and we would have just browsed and left to decide later. Even though we purchased when we hadn’t planned to we didn’t feel pressurised at any point and Ian is obviously very skilled.
