From the times I walked in to the store I was greater by your sale assistance Rick got to say it he was so helpful in fact he was amazing

Very helpful staff, we were given time to browse before he approached us and didn't put any pressure on us. The bed we bought was a very good price and the whole process was easy and trouble free.

Give me time to browse and choose and were not pushy .

I was really pleased with my experience at dreams on 2/11/2015 I wanted to purchase a new bed for a new house and I found the assistant to be friendly helpful and knowledgeable, which helped me a great deal. She was also very helpful in providing me with a convinient delivery date. Overall I was very pleased

I went to the store twice on weekends and was helped 2 two different members of staff. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, gave me as much attention as I wanted, were happy to leave me for 5-10 mins lying on a bed and check up on me later etc. Very good service.

Ian was very patient and knowledgable. He didn't rush us or pressurise us to make a decision. He gave good honest advice that actually lead us to spending less than we could have. We also bought extras based on his advice. We spent £1658 and Ian understood what a large financial commitment that was and gave us every bit of information we require to make a decision. He also gave us impartial advice on a washing machine despite that not in his remit but very much appreciated.

Immediate assistance and guest bed demonstrated by Gareth . Nothing was too much trouble for him even though he needed to move an adjacent bed to demonstrate how the bed operated
