Ricky at the llansamlet store was wonderful. He gave us plenty of information and helped us find the bed we needed. He didn't pressure us into buying anything. He made the experience fun wheras usually big purchases can be quite a chore.

The person who served us helped us with our needs ,my husband wanted a firm bed I wanted a medium not to firm bed he explained that some of the mattress were sprung with memory foam which we didnt know anything about.
