The assistant was very helpful and polite. Also, we returned to your company as we had previously bought a bed and mattress from you. The quality of the previous mattress is excellent and we wanted to buy the same one for our bed. However, I believe the one we bought is discontinued so we chose another one similar to the one we already have.

Salesperson was very helpful and informative on the products for sale and expedited our order with ease. Shop well layed out to browse stock and compare items.

Very good service. The store wasn't due to open until 10:30, but the Assistant (Ian) asked me to come in and offered help immediately. He showed me various mattresses with no sales pressure (which I hate). Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends & family.

The assistant sue in your Swansea branch was very friendly, putting me and my wife at ease. We tested a few of the beds and listening to the expert advice from Sue we quickly found our ideal bed. This was a half ottoman and half two draw bed. We were also shown further deals in store and bought the half price pillows for use with our purchase.

Staff had great understanding of products and attentive tomall requirements
