The salesman Ian, at your Swansea store was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the beds in stock. We weren't rushed nor pressurised, he took time to explain the differences in mattress construction and comfort rating and was able to confirm a 'definite' delivery date.

We were welcomed to the store by Ian, who was polite and non-pushy. He answered our questions honestly and with all the information we required. He is a credit to the Dreams brand, and made our visit a good experience.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The staff swapped the mattresses over from a sprung base to a firm base so we could see what the mattress would feel like on our own bed. Sue and her colleagues make a great team. Sue was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you.
