Friendly staff efficient and helpful

The store was laid out in such a way that all of the mattresses of the same type were grouped together and the firmness stated on each. This helped us to choose our mattress more efficiently and compare like products more easily. The assistants were very helpful without being pushy, and gave us good advice about how to select the correct product for us. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Dreams Llansamlet Store, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very friendly, with no pressure to buy

As soon as we entered the shop we were given immediate assistance. The salesman gave us concise and accurate information regarding the purchases we made, he was efficient, polite and friendly. He made the shopping experience worthwhile.

Our sales advisor 'Ian' was friendly, honest and genuine. No pushy sales technique and was extremely informative which helped us greatly.

Was shown product on screen and tried mattresses suitable for frame, although would have preferred to have seen bed I store, which was my whole point of visiting.
