The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The new bed selector simulator was great, not to fussed on the voice over though.

We were made to feel very welcome. We were helped to find the best mattress using machine we were made to feel at ease throughout. The staff member helped in all aspects giving us enough support to help us make a choice. Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was the first shop we went to browse in, but felt there was no need to look anywhere else. We walked away happy with our choice.

Just popped in to look at the beds, ended up buying one. The staff were very professional and made us feel very welcome, so much so that we ended up buying a bed. The delivery of the bed we thought would be weeks but pleasantly surprised of how quick the delivery would be. All in all we enjoyed our experience at dreams.

I went with a long list of requirements and everything was met with no problem. The staff were most accommodating and helpful.
