Was looking for a bed that actually is.produced by a competitor. Your sales person took the time to listen.and.understand what product I was after and provide a number of different options, resting in the purchase of a far superior bed at a lower price.

The shop assistant Sue was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sue gave us time to try out beds with no pressure.

Came to store to browse as we intended to purchase a bed soon. We were not pounced on as most people dread but given a very nice welcome and offer of help when and if needed. We were asked a few friendly questions which started the ball rolling for us with the knowledge of this assistants knowledge and felt in good hands. We spent a leisurely amount of time being encouraged to lay down, sample many different beds and pillows and offered a cup of coffee while me and my husband were laying on the bed together which added a very nice atmosphere and some jokes. We were under no pressure, sales talk, or hurry at all, just friendly banter and good sound advice and answers to all our questions, of which were many. We we put at ease the whole time. I work at a large business and have already told many people about my "New Bed" and it's arrival date which was arranged quickly and efficiently! I recommend this store and more so the people working there and in particular OUR sales person named Ian at the Phoenix Centre, Swansea who we cannot thank enough or ask more of and in particular the time spent where it could have been wasted was 100% perfectly used.

Because the sales person, Ian, approached us quickly & asked what we needed. He discussed & understood our requirements immediately and was pro-active in identifying possible items, alternatives & combinations, and pricing them, but did not overwhelm us. He was happy to give us time on our own to discuss options. We had confidence in Ian that he knew the store's products & available offers. Dreams was the only store in the area which had an ottoman bed of a quality matching M&S product at a very competitive price. The bases of other local firms' ottoman beds were inadequate to take the weight of stored items.
