Ian was very helpful the whole experience was very quick no waiting around all made very easy. Not a lover of shopping especially for big items

We came into the Swansea, Llansamlet store just to browse and ended up buying a bed, mattress and two pillows. Ian was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what he was selling and made sure we had the right products.

Went to your Llanelli branch first, the salesman there was on his mobile and not much help, Then we went to your branch in llansamlet and were extremely happy, luckily go Dreams we didn't give up on the first hurdle.

I have been looking for a sturdy bed with storage for my son's for a while, we popped into dreams in Swansea where a gentleman showed us the beds dreams had to offer there was a large selection of ottoman beds, we decided to purchase a double with solid base, the assistant was very helpful showed us how the bed worked helped my son pick a matress told him to try them out also told us about dreams policy about the mattress, we were very happy about our purchase and found our assistant Ricky a very warm & understanding gentleman and would come back and purchase from this store again

I went into the store with the information from my current mattress as I wanted a similar one. The assistant was able to take me straight to it. I tried it and the order was placed with no fuss.
