We were served by Ricky at your llansamlet store, he was friendly, profressional and highly knowledgeable. He took time to listen to our needs and gave clear advice without hard sell. It was the high level of customer service that he gave which has secured my repeat business. Highly satisfied with the sales service and I am looking forward to receiving my items.

Was "only looking" but Ricky spoke to us, clearly identified our needs and pointed out a clearance item that would suit us. We were interested but then he offered a deal which clinched the sale.

Susan who served us was extremely patient with my mother who is 89 and needs everything explained twice. She had great knowledge of the product and allowed my mother to test out the mattresses until she found one she liked. I would thoroughly recommend the kindness and friendliness shown.

The gentleman assistant was very helpful and polite and gave us all the information we needed. He was very friendly and chatty but not at all pushy. He let us take our time to decide on our purchase but was always on hand if we needed help. Our experience in the store was a pleasant one.

We were very happy with this store as it was easy to park and the atmosphere was relaxed with just the right amount of help and attention from your colleague, Ricky. We were able to find a mattress suitable for our needs with the added bonus of the 40 day comfort exchange. All in all a pleasant Saturday lunchtime.

The sales person was very friendly and able to answer all our questions and show us a wide range of products.

Staff were very professional, showed great level of knowledge, and we're very non pushy with regards to the sales.

I purchased a bed 2 years ago for my daughter & it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, unfortunately that mattress isn't made anymore but I spoke to Ian on the phone & he told me about the nearest mattress to it & suggested I came down to try it. I was happy with the mattress & purchased it. It has been delivered on time (excellent delivery service) & I am very happy with my purchase.
