The gentleman had good knowledge of the products.

Ian the Manager was knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. The 40night exchange policy was a deciding factor for us - though we hope to not have to use it. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams.

The customer adviser was really helpful and walked us through the process of selecting the correct mattress for me and my partner. I didn't feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything and he made us feel very comfortable throughout.
