We were approached immediately on entering the store and offered help. We were asked what our specific requirements were, then directed to the mattresses that were best for us to choose from. The assistant, Ian, was attentive and very informative to help us with our selection, giving us private time to decide.

The assistant was very helpful, new his products encouraged us to lay on the bed. The assistant Ian processed our order very quickly, went through all the paper work, credit to the company
