Dreams - Swansea

When I entered the store I wasn't immediately "jumped upon" by a member of staff, I was allowed to have a look around before being asked if I needed help. From that point on all of my questions - as well as those of both my partner and my mother - were answered, we were shown beds that were not stocked in store but could be ordered, given information about ordering times that took into account my situation (moving house) and given the opportunity to try out different mattresses. Could not find a fault.

I thought the sales person was very good. Her knowledge of the products available enabled us to make our choice quickly and easily. She was also very personable.

The store was laid out well and the manager helped us to find the bed that suited us. Also the headboards and other items and he was very knowledgable and friendly.

We needed to return a mattress that we purchased in Leamington Spa and that was delivered to a house in Swansea. Ricky at the Swansea office helped us to sort out the change of product to the correct mattress for our needs. The error in the original product choice was down to us but Dreams were very helpful and facilitating throughout the slightly tricky process of returning something bought in one outlet and replacing it from a different outlet. Customer services was excellent and Ricky at the Swansea branch was an absolute star.

Ian one of the representatives at the store was highly knowledgeable of the products on offer and was able to assist us both in purchasing a bed and mattress that suited our needs. We both suffer from bad backs with differing problems and Ian helped us choose the best mattress to suit our needs. The bed Base was a great choice for space saving opportunity and had never considered an ottoman divan before this visit. All the representatives were friendly, welcoming and courteous.

When my partner and I entered the store, we felt comfortable and not pestered and pressured by the sales team. It was apparent that there was any help we needed available but we were also left alone to discuss and test potential mattresses. The sales guy was very helpful and approachable. He gave a very clear explanation of what to look for. On purchase, he was very thorough, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. As we have not yet moved in to our new build, the sales man gave us all the information we needed in relation to our delivery.
