Our high level of satisfaction was largely due to the customer service received. The staff member, Ian, who helped us at the Swansea Enterprise Park store was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He was also very patient as we went spent quite a long time making up our minds!

The assistance that we were given, product knowledge and friendliness was excellent

The salesman Ricky was very patient explaining the composition of different beds and allowing us plenty of time to try out the ones available. He provided us with coffee and left us alone to discuss things so we didn't feel under any pressure to make a quick decision
