Gareth the Store Manager was really helpful and not pushy. We went away for two days and thought about it. And he recognised us when we returned to purchase.

Assistance provided by Sales lady Sue was very professional,helpful and pleasant and helped us to decide on our purchase.

Excellent service from your employee Ricky,my wife has MS and was in a wheelchair but he spoke to her as a reason not the chair which we get a lot. Hr was very knowledgeable about the products and was quite happy to explain all the different aspects of the beds we were looking at,importantly we needed a low bed due to my wife's illness and Ricky's help was most appreciated

I purchased a tv bed and king size mattress today from a store in swansea. I could not be happier with the service we received from Ricky. Having already decided before going to the store which bed we wanted Ricky made the process quick and easy and gave us plenty of information when it came to choosing our mattress. All the staff we spoke to during our visit were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend dreams to anyone looking for a new bed.

Please congratulate Richie in your Swansea store. He was so patient and helpful. I have never had better customer service and he deserves some acknowledgement.
