I found the staff very helpful particularly the gentleman who dealt with us He explained everything in a warm friendly manner but obviously new the products extremely well I have dealt with Dreams previously so knew the company to go to.

The member of staff immediately offered to help me when he was free. He took time to understand what I was looking for and came up with different possibilities of what I could choose. Very helpful when you feel a bit lost about what your are buying

There was one design for bed I wanted and your colleague, Ricky knew about availability finding it speedily online. He listended to my requirements and understood them. Delivery is not till the end of January so I hope that the quality of the order will match my experience so far.

The salesman was great - didn't hover over us, or make a nuisance of himself, just answered all our questions and provided very relevant information. There was ample choice of beds, with plenty of options to mix and match. After a short while in the store, we decided that there was no need to go anywhere else - we would make a purchase on that visit, which we did.

We went in to look for a mattress for the spare bed but were so impressed with the quality and the half price sale that we decided to move the mattress from the master bedroom to the spare room and buy a new mattress for the master. The help we received in store was fantastic. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable in the differences of the mattresses and he helped us efficiently. I have a back problem and he was able to pick out specific mattresses which would be of benefit to us.

entered shop sales assistant asked if he could help us he explained about the colour coding on the mattresses and left us in peace which is just as we like it. he was very helpful after we chose the mattress, he was clear with his explanations and very courtious and pleasant.

Ricky the sales advisor explained the different products available to suit my needs.He put no pressure on us to buy however i felt i could take the decision to buy the product quite easily. We even bought another product for a family member which we didn't anticipate when we first walked in.. VERY HELPFULL MEMBERS OF STAFF. A CREDIT TO YOU COMPANY.
