I was greeted immediately as soon as i walked in and offered a coffee and shown the product I was looking for (pocket sprung) that made me feel like a customer straight away. I had been to other shops, but didn't find any immediate response from any sales person, as I found in 'Dreams'. Service is very important to the customer, and that's what I had. I also returned the day after to find out how much it was to have my old bed taken away. I was once again greeted straight away, given a price to which was agreed, paid, and out off the shop in less than 10 minutes. Now that's what I call a GREAT SERVICE

Buying A bed is TRICKY. But I had No Worries. My Assistant Was: NICKY. We a Were Not Hassled To Purchase A: BED: We were so Impressed we Went AHEAD. Nicky Sprung into ACTION. There and then We Both had GREAT-SATISACTION. I won't keep on But DREAMS'. Are Number ONE. We never felt any STRESS. So We Also:. Purchased A: MATRESS. Our Shoppling Was Completed. We bought some PILLOWS. To keep us Snug. And Warm. Believe Us DREAMS. Kept Us Wanting To Come Back For: MORE. I would Definitley. Choose-NICKY. And Above: ALL-This-LLANSAMLET-DREAMS-STORE.🙂😊🙂👌.

Just that everything about the store the staff the choice of products were all there The store was well presented, spotlessly clean, and laid out. The staff were professional and very helpful. The choice of products were in people's price range and well documented.
