The assistant Sue was very helpful, explained how the softness rating worked and took time to go through them all. Sue also demonstrated how the ottoman bed worked and we eventually ended up buying an ottoman bed and gel top mattress.

The salesman Ricky was brilliant he had dealt with myself, my husband and little boy the previous week and help with options and directed me to what I required and assisted in different options available to me He was very patient as it was just me and my little boy and made us very welcoming and gave a piece of paper for my little boy to draw on while we were dealing with my purchase

the person in the store understood what we wanted and did now what he was talking about

The staff where friendly, happy and helpful. The overall experience of buying the bed was stress free. The gentleman who served us Ricky was particularly helpful, knew knowledge about the beds we enquired about but was not pushy and allowed us space to talk about the purchase by ourselves before completeling. I would highly recommend dreams this is the 2nd bed I have bought from dreams and would definitely go back to purchase my next bed in a few years

Staff extremely helpful. Explained every thing to me. Gave me time to look around soon as I gave eye contact came over straight away listened gave me options offered coffee very friendly and polite .

The member of staff that served us (Ricky) was extremely helpful. He took the time to talk us through all of the products and was very patient with us and never made us feel like he was pushing the sale. He also made us a cup of tea!
