When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by the staff working that shift. We were then asked if we needed any help. A little later, after noticing we'd been looking at a particular mattress for a while, the employee came over and spoke to us for a short while about the Mattress. We continued looking for a while but decided on the one we were spoken to about. The employee was friendly, kind and had a great sense of customer care. We were told in detail about delivery, times, other offers. I felt welcomed into the store as if i was a regular there.

The assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful and we were very happy with the way she explained all the different options.

The sales assistant was most helpful. I first visited the store the previous week and I was remembered and so was the mattress I was interested in on my return to the store.

Large range of products and very approachable staff.the man who served me was funny, attentive and made the experience of parting with my money, admittedly a hard task, an enjoyable and informative experience. Very happy with the service I have received.

So helpful and were not pushy at all, I had the opportunity to ask questions and they were so knowledgeable.

The store was very pleasant and clean. Ricky, the salesman was very pleasant and extremely knowleable. He took us around the store explaining the different mattresses they had. He wasn't at all pushy and very easy to talk to. He asked us what we were looking for in the bed we wanted and explained everything in detail. Would definitely go back to dreams. He also sold us the bed we have now eight years ago. A credit to the company.

Ricky Francis the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, he told us about the colour coding which meant the different comforts of the beds. We were pleased because Ricky sold us the last bed we bought at dreams. Ricky is definitely an asset to the dreams store.

Very easy to try-out the mattresses, and helpful assistant.
