Dreams - Swansea

As soon as we entered dreams a staff member (gareth) welcomed us into the store and provided us with assistance. He quickly established our needs and directed us towards suitable matteres. Gareth was very professional, had great product knowledge and made us feel at ease. We were asked if we wanted tea or coffee and for a short while left to our own devices. Once we had decided on a matteres the process was very straightforward. Overall, making our experience at Dreams highly satisfying. Thank you.

The assistant was exceptionally helpful,knew about all products we discussed. Accepted our price range and helped us choose the most appropriate mattress.

This was a first visit to a Dreams store & we were very impressed with everything from the warm welcome to the knowledge of Ian who dealt very efficiently with our order. We are in our 70's,far from doddery,but were dealt with in a very pleasant manner by Ian. The store was very clean & tidy too

It is important that I get the right kind of bed as i have problems with my back. the assistant gave good advice, I tried out several different beds, and he recommended better pillows to help my neck. We did end up spending more than we intended, but I think this may reap rewards in due course if the bed helps my back. Assistant even got us a drink because it was warm and we were there quite a while. Much appreciated.

i am a 57yr old grandfather,i never go out,i never go to shops, i dont like crowds.i didnt want to go into your shop,but i had to do it.when we pulled up outside i didnt want to go in,but i had to..being so early on a saturday morning there were no customers in the shop,great..the assistant came over to help,& i was out of there very quick...........

Ian the sales assistant new exactly how to help us. Especially as my children and myself had different requirements. He had the patients and the knowledge to navigate us through your merchandise on offer and in the end we were more than happy and confident with our purchases.

I found my visit to be really enjoyable as the assistant took me through everything that I wanted to know and explained all clearly step by step of my purchase and delivery and of the product.

Brilliant service from Ian who dealt with our queries excellently. Assisted us beyond what we expected and everything was done quickly and professionally.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of products to choose from and a sale on which was an extra bonus!
