Called into this specific Dreams store on chance, knowing somewhat what we required, but not the choice and availability of comparison items. This Dreams store provided much choice not in just the availability of comparative products but other items such as customer service, delivery options and price. Choosing our quality product also saved us much other searching time at alternative stores.

Second visit and the customer advisor remembered what I was looking for and was able to suggest a deal that suited me. Also excellent customer friendliness especially towards my young daughter from all the staff there. Very happy with my experience and purchase.

We went in knowing what we wanted, but thinking it would be difficult to find those items. However, when we spoke to the salesman, he showed us exactly where the items were and explained the colour coding, which made trying the mattresses very easy. We made a decision within half an hour, which was great - though it would take much longer. There was no pressure from the salesman, but he was available to answer questions. The purchase was easy too.
