Excellent customer service

I brought my elderly neighbour (85) to choose a new bed. The assistant was friendly and showed us the divan bed choices and helped to find a comfortable mattress. Booking delivery and payment were easy with chairs for my neighbour to sit while the transaction was dealt with. Yvonne the sales assistant was lovely and rang me with a quick delivery date.

I thought I knew what I was looking for ie a medium to firm mattress, however, after spending 3 minutes on the sleep machine, it transpired that we needed firm to extra firm. I was sceptical at first, however, after trying 5 recommendations, I had to concur with the findings.

As soon as we stepped foot in store we felt seen and listened to. Ian was fantastic at helping us, explained exactly what type of mattress we needed for our aches and pains (following a go on the SleepMatch) and also explained how best to maintain a mattress to get the most out of it! We left not only with a new mattress but new pillows too!

The adviser used sleep match to find what was the best mattress for my needs, and indeed we did find the best mattress. However the price was high but with your 0% instulment plan it kinda help us choose the best mattress for us. Thank you to the gentelmen who assisted us with our order.
