Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I visited the Swansea store at the beginning of the week without my wife and received good advice from Ricky, the salesman. On returning yesterday he remembered not only me but our conversation and was able to provide a first rate service. We were also offered tea and coffee which was appreciated.

The customer service adviser was helpful, polite and professional without being at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and advised us in detail about the products we were considering. The range of products was also excellent and we were able to find a mattress that was exactly what we wanted.

The shop assistant (Ricky) was particularly helpful and friendly, he had a good knowledge of all the products and I didn't feel that he was 'pushy' at all. I found the bed I wanted within minutes which I feel was down to Ricky's knowledge and advice. I purchased a new single bed for my toddler which my son was very excited about, I also had my 2 year old other child with me who is very busy however Ricky took time to talk to them e.g, let them sit on remote control beds which they enjoyed using while I was paying for the purchase. At the end of the visit Ricky gave my sons a balloon each which made their day! My sons teacher told me he next day all he had talked about in school that day was his trip to dreams and how excited he is to get his new bed! All in all it was such a positive experience and one which made memories for my very happy 4 year old boy!

I made three visits to the store over 2 months, as £900 is a lot of money to spend. During all three visits the staff were extremely helpful, the products are set out in a way which makes them easy to view and try out. I bought a bed frame and mattress, and had a great discount off the mattress (as it is a clearance model) which means I got a very good quality bed frame and mattresss for a very good price. I'm as pleased as I could be after shopping for a bed, and the choice of delivery times was good too.

Staff gave excellent advice and guidance spending time with us without being pushy. Their product knowledge was excellent.

Store sales assistant took time to understand our needs, indicated several options and gave us the space and time to make a decision. It was the store assistant that made our visit to Dreams an enjoyable one.

Was informed of special bank holiday savings and more savings if i ordered a new mattress which was not needed, also the knowledge given on offers and information of my previous still owned matress
