We were looking to replace our mattress on a limited budget. The lady in store was extremely helpful and we managed to get what we wanted straight away. We were only going to price what we wanted there and then look around other shops to compare prices before buying a mattress. We didn't bother going elsewhere we bought our mattress there and then, we were even given free delivery and free pillows. Couldn't be happier with the service given. The lady was very friendly and helpful and a credit to your company.

Gareth Thomas (sales-person) was very helpful in showing us range of beds we were interested in. Very knowledgeable of product and purchasing procedure. He also offered us coffee while we were deliberating which bed we would like.

I called in three weeks ago to have a quick look at an ottoman bed which I had seen online. Sue assisted me in the Swansea store and she was very helpful in explaining the differences between beds etc. I explained to Sue my concerns as we are moving and I didn't have a move date so was reluctant to order as the bed would be for the new property. Sue reassured me that this would not be an issue and that she could adjust the delivery date to suit our move in date once it is confirmed. I monitored the bed for about three weeks and called in store today as there was 10% off. Sue was once again very informative and I purchased the bed along with a mattress that also had good reviews. I can't comment on the quality of the bed as it isn't due to be delivered yet but it looks good in store and has great customer reviews. Sue has pencilled me in for a delivery date at the new address which I can amend if required when I have the exact move in date confirmed. Overall, a great, friendly and helpful service in store. Most friendly sales person with vast knowledge of range available

The lady who served me was amazing! I attended the store with a trapped nerve in my neck and she was so helpful and patient giving recommendations on the best bed to suit my needs

The assistanthing took time,wasn't at all pushy and was really pleasant and helpful. He answered all our questions and knew exactly what he was talking about

Everyone I spoke to with the company was helpful and polite. The chap in the store explained lots of things I didn't know I didn't know and the delivery people were efficient and friendly despite my awkward steps and stairs.

I initially only visited the store to enquire about prices, but the assistance and help I was given changed my approach and I decided to purchase my new mattress straight away. Ian was very helpful and listened to my comments about my likes and dislikes.

We thought the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the products and gave us the information we needed to enable us to make the right purchase for us. The store was very clean and tidy and conveniently located too. We were offered enhancements for our purchase but declined these .
