The shop assistant "Ricky" was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not make us feel pushed into choosing a certain product or purchasing a certain product. We had plenty of time to make a decision and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Assistant offered us tea and coffee. He helped explain the different types available and discussed our price range. There was one mattress we liked but it was out of our price range by a fair amount, and another that was in our price range but a little too hard. He offered to show us through the same mattresses as we would be more likely to find what we wanted at a price we could afford. There was one that was marginally over our price range, so he offered us two memory foam pillows for free as part of a deal.

Ricky was extremely helpful, he helped us find exactly what we wanted in a short space of time and he had great product knowledge.

Once I told the assistant (Sue)I had a bad back she advised me which mattress would be best. She was extremely friendly and even offered us a drink.

Because of the service we received from the man there that day i believe his name was ricky. He took everything into concideration for us he is a credit to your team

Ricky was the member of staff that helped me. He was friendly and guided me through the different options that were available. He clearly knew his products and what type of mattress would suit me best. He was able to explain the pros and cons of each one and talk me through the differences. His warm personality and good sense of humour really brightened up our day. I was chuffed to buy my new mattress from him. Thanks Ricky. *****

Friendly staff and prompt services

We knew we wanted a mattress, we were shown a variety and explained what the difference was and sat down and an order taken as soon as our decision was made. It was a little more expensive than we wanted but we are aware that prices for mattresses are higher in general than our expectations, this was not unique to Dreams in Llansamlet.
