Store was welcoming with clear signs on all of the beds. Store assistant to time to talk to us and point us in the direction of specific beds. We had our 3 children with us and they were kept occupied while we were discussing what we were looking for. Prices were reasonable and a quick delivery time considering it is the Christmas period we were expecting to have to wait at least 2 weeks but it's being delivered a lot quicker than that

Ian who helped us guided us towards a suitable bed frame to go with the mattress we selected. He was friendly, helpful and showed us a variety of options.

The assistant matched our needs for a purchase of exactly what we had in mind. Not only in the quality we required but also within our budget . Overall the salesman pitched his aproach on a friendly and proffesional level and made us feel that we had been looked after.
