Being this was the first time we visited your store in Swansea, we were pleasantly pleased with the reception we received from your staff. In particular from Ian(validation code308). He guided us through the different colour coded beds, as well as offering advice when we needed further assistance. And expertly helped us with the purchase of our mattress.

Being first time visitors to the store we were made to feel welcome immediately. We were offered friendly advice, and allowed to take our time looking and trying out different beds. Ian the sales assistant was at hand to advise us on our final purchase.

The salesperson Ricky Frances was very helpful explaining the different mattresses to us. He was very friendly and is a great asset to your store.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as this is not the first time that I have purchased products from Dreams. The staff are friendly and helpful with good knowledge and that's one of the reasons that I have returned to Dreams

Very helpful staff member at the Swansea Store. Quick service. I wanted a replacement for a previous mattress i had bought and I had the name of the model, the assistant knew the model and pointed me in the direction of the equivalent mattress available now. Which I found saved me lots of time.
