Very helpful staff. Gave advice when required but also allowed time to browse by ourselves. When requesting assistance was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting appropriate mattress for our needs.

Ian 308 was by far the best sales adviser I've cone across in a very long time. He gave us time to browse and then helped us choose not only a mattress which we needed but as he was SO lovely we decided on a headboard, new divan base with ottoman base as well as the mattress! He offered to check the website to ensure he had discussed all the colours of headboard available. He totally understood out needs and we are absolutely thrilled with our purchase. We can not wait for it to arrive! I would highly recommend any family/friends to visit the shop and 100% ask for Ian!! Very pleasant experience.

This was my 2nd purchase from Dreams. I was replacing a mattress bought 8 years ago with a "Pippa" bed which I am still using. (Problem with very sharp corners on wooden footboard which has given me several nasty bruises). Was greeted immediately on arrival by Gareth the manager who gave me friendly but unpressured assistance. Spent more than I planned to......hopefully this will be a wise decision!

Gareth was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, he showed us and explained to us the the type of mattresses that would be suitable for our needs, then left us to try out and discuss on our own. There was no hard sell, always a bonus!

Ian was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. I was offered a cup of coffee and left alone to test beds as I felt like it. Once I had decided I was treated as if I'd bought the most expensive item in the store! Very enjoyable shopping! Sharp shoes too!

The salesman Ian, was really helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for, plus more. So much so, although we only went to look for a mattress, we ended up buying a lovely TV bed for a very desirable price.

The lady Sue , who served us was very helpful, we were there for ages and she had no problem with that at all. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help us 😊
