Staff at shop very helpful and knowledgeable and staff delivering the bed very polite and helpful and fast.

Upon entering the store, the staff said good morning and gave us both lovely smiles. We went to speak to a member of staff called Gareth. Who then helped us choose a new mattress and helped us through the process of ordering and payment etc. He was very friendly and was very helpful.

i suffer with a very bad back problem, i knew it was time to buy a mattress that was going to both support my back and last a lot of years, as soon as i walked into the store, a assistant greeted us, (which was lovely), he didnt pester us at all, which was lovely. had a look around quickly, then asked the gentleman for help, he was very knowledgeable and we came away from dreams with a mattress of our dreams, thank you so much dreams, i am having my delivery on 16th april, and soooo excited , thank you

The wonderful staff member Ricky was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out what I wanted as I had seen a product online and wasn’t sure where it was in store. Ricky kindly pointed me in the right direction and took the time to go through all available options for me. He listened to me and genuinely cared about my needs and wants. As a new mother, I cannot remember the last time I had an uninterrupted sleep. Now, I cannot wait for my new bed to be delivered, so it will just be the midnight feeds that will wake me, not an uncomfortable bed! Thank you Dreams!

We were approached as soon as entered store by a very friendly face , Ricky the gentleman who assisted us with our purchase spent time explaining all options and showing us around. Even though we had our 2 young girls with us we were still able to have quality time testing the beds and felt that the staff at the store were very patient and helpful. I could not have had any more help ,patience, and information to assist me in my decision making . Both my husband and I felt we were treated very well during our visit and this was a return visit due to our last positive experience.

Service (by Ricky) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.At no time did we feel pressurised into buying anything but all options were fully explained.

Ian came forward to greet us and asked what type of item we were looking for; was it for our daily use or guest room etc. After explaining the colour coding on display items he left us to browse at leisure before assisting further with our purchase and order. Ten out of ten for Ian friendly, helpful but not pushy.
