I suffer with a slipped disk in my back and a compressed spine injury, the bed we had was making it worse and I could no longer sleep in our bed. The gentleman we saw in the store I believe his name was Ricky was absolutely outstanding and a huge asset to you, his knowledge was fantastic, he was incredibly patient with me as I had no idea what type of mattress I needed. He was not pushy and chatted freely with us making us feel very comfortable. It was my choice what we bought as my husband will sleep on anything! We ended up buying one of the handmade mattresses and even though it was double our budget we both felt that the information that we were given was accurate and in no way an 'up sale'. All in all, it was an easy and enjoyable experience being in this store.

Product knowledge, friendly approach & genuine sales technique. Price match, interest free & the nice advisor sold us the mattress when we only went to price up the product. Very expensive Tempur mattress but the whole experience was effort for all parties.

I went to Dreams, Swansea (Enterprise park, SA7) and was greeted immediately by Gareth. I had explained my requirements (number of beds, type of sleepers, etc). Gareth showed me various options and allowed me and my son to try various beds. I then chose my options and Gareth helped me save some money while choosing headboards. Gareth spent over an hour with me, never rushed me and never tried to push me into a sale or choose something I didn't want. Gareth's service far exceeded my expectations. He also very clearly explained my purchases, price breakdown, insurance cover, etc. Paperwork was made easy for me, I was very satisfied with the level of service I had received as well as my purchases. I also love the 30 night trial guarantee but hopefully will not have to make use of it. Thank you Gareth and Dreams for helping me choose my ideal beds!

Good service allied with excellent product knowledge , patience and humour. Will only be able to judge total satisfaction when product is delivered and used.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. It was great that we could lie on the beds to see how comfortable they were and were even made a cup of coffee.
