The assistants knowledge was excellant and he was very helpful and seeing we had not bought a bed for over 16 years he was very understanding to our needs

You'r representative gave us his undivided attention & was highly receptive to our needs,especially important as one of us has had back operations & is in constant pain , the correct bed is essential. We both have separate needs in a bed as the other has to have the legs raised because of heart surgery,so the split bed with separate controles suited us perfectly. Thank you for the attention paid to our needs.

Although I purchased a relatively inexpensive bed the Manager could not have been more attentive. He gave information when required but let us look around the showroom at our own pace. He was informative but not pushy.

We turned up late in the day on very much a fact finding visit but were wholly and very pleasantly surprised by the showroom, level of expertise/knowledge, no pressure selling and being very comfortable.
