Ian, the salesman listened carefully to my problems and headed me to a selection of mattresses that would fulfill my needs, giving me full information about each one then left me with a cup of coffee to keep trying and testing until I had made a decision. Even then he proceeded to advise me on my current pillow situation and recommended a tempur pillow, this I purchased and slept on last night and he was right, it was bliss. I’m eagerly awaiting delivery of my new mattress, hoping it will prove to be a worthwhile investment also.

Ricky was very informative, very authentic and we didn't feel pressured at any time, he was genuinely interested and we enjoyed chatting to him when placing an order. EXCELLENT RANGE OF PRODUCTS. WE PURCHASED A BED AND MATTRESS WHICH WAS A SPECIAL OFFER AND WAS VERY VERY WELL PRICED. SUE WHO LOOKED AFTER US WAS ATTENTIVE WITHOUT BEING ANNOYING OR PUSHY, AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS. SHE WAS MOST ACCOMMODATING ABOUT DELIVERY, AND GAVE US OUR FREE PILLOWS WHICH WAS A SUPERB BONUS. WE HAVE VISITED A FEW HIGH ST STORES IN OUR HOUSE MOVE. SOME HAVE BEEN MOST UNPLEASANT. NO DISCUSSION ON PRICE, TAKE US FOR GRANTED. HAVE NOT SPENT ANY MONEY WITH THEM. THANK YOU. FIRST CLASS. DON'T BUY BEDS THAT OFTEN BUT WOULD COME BACK GLADLY. KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE.

When we arrived we were greeted by Gareth who was friendly and made us very welcome. He offered his support and gave us plenty of time to wonder around trying out mattresses at our own time and pace. He explained to us about the type of mattresses available without pushing us into a sale. We both left the store more then happy with the purchases we have made. Gareth made it an easy and stress free purchase.
