Dreams - Swansea

I went in bank holiday Monday. Had a lovely bed and mattress after weeks of looking elsewhere and brilliant price to match!

Given time to browse, assistance given when needed, given time again after browse then excellent service given to us by Ian in Swansea.

Helpful and knowledgable staff, friendly and courteous. The whole experience was very good. Not pressurised into making a decision there and then.

On visiting your Swansea Store, LLansamlet, I was pleased with the service I was given on buying a new mattress. I was not pushed into buying and nothing was to much trouble.

The lady Sue was more than helpful in explaining the different products and very knowledgeable in the products. The customer service was excellent and the purchase and paperwork was done really quickly.
