We went into the store and was greeted by Sue who was friendly, helpful and efficient. She understood our needs quickly and guided us to the right product.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store by a lovely lady whose name eludes me at the moment. She listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions and left us to think about things. When we thought we had decided, she suggested something else which was far more suitable for our needs. She had a sense of humour which was great, she listened to us and treated us with respect .
