Good assistance, use of the mattress simulator, overall knowledge of the assistant fair price and good delivery

Ricky was very helpful from the moment we got through the door. He wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and explained everything very well!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady. She helped me and knew all the answers to my questions and got me a quote straight away. Then onto mattresses, I wasn’t sure which one I needed so she put me on the sleep match machine right away. Once that was finished she showed all the ranges of mattresses in that type and the next type. She gave me all the information needed to go away with as my husband wasn’t with me, but she placed the order over the phone the next day with no problems at all. The salesman whose name was Ian was fantastic and very helpful, we entered the store and he was so helpful, we did not feel pressured but everything he said made sense which resulted in us purchasing a mattress which we had not really considered

Ricky was very informative and guided us to use the mattress assessment tool, he then showed us around the compatible beds and was very knowledgable about the products

Very comprehensive, we used the mattress selector Dreams machine, Sue explained all of the process to us and was super helpful

Sales lady met us shortly after we walked into the store. Wasn’t pushy at all, explained what we needed. She had us use the sleep matcher to find our perfect mattress. Was patient with both myself and my partner when we couldn’t decide on either a bed and mattress. Gave us space and time to decide and didn’t try to make up our minds for us like other places we had visited.
