Unlike some other stores I’ve visited, your meet and greet was friendly and I wasn’t pushed into having a sales rep jump straight into a scripted pitch. It felt very natural. When I was ready, the sales rep (Yvonne) was very polite and then talked through my options. Although it was a very strange experience, my partner and I did enjoy the sleep match machine (I honestly can’t remember the name of device) but the use of technology was very good overall, it wasn’t over the top. The store ambiance in general was very good. The only thing I struggled with was bed frames and headboards.

Yvonne helped us in the Swansea shop. She really took the time to make sure we found the right bed. We thought we wanted a soft mattress but after all the work that Yvonne put in we tried a very firm mattress and I’ve never been so comfy. I have back issues and hardly ever sleep in the bed but I have a feeling when the new one arrives I will be and my back will be better.

We were greeted with respect, did not feel pushed in any way and the assistant was very helpful. We have not yet had our purchase delivered but I am sure we will be satisfied.

Sue was absolutely wonderful from the minute we walked through the door. Explained everything and was very patient with us and we didn't feel rushed and we came out feeling confident we had made the correct choice 😁

Staff was helpful but not too pushy. I hadn't planned to buy the bed that day and explained that to her and she was still helpful, but ended up buying the bed.
