Absolutely thrilled with my purchase (over £500 reduction on usual price!) for a fabulous firm bed, and the customer service of Louis at your Staples corner branch was exemplary. I have already told friends to go in to ask for him. A gentleman who could not do enough to help and a credit to your business. I will certainly be back as I have my eye on that Raspberry memory foam/spring combo.. For now, could not be more satisfied. Many many thanks

We visited the Staples Corner store and were helped by Thomas (who we understand is a relief manager). Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer our questions and assist without being "pushy". On leaving the store we both said "that was a very good customer experience" and thought it worth leaving feedback to say how impressed we were. Range of products was also good, and Thomas was able to help us look at the in store products, plus on line stock, to choose the products that were right for us. A very good experience, a lot of which was due to Thomas's professional and friendly manner.
