Amazing customer service and I had the chance to get useful information about my purchase. I also had the chance to explain what I am looking for and the staffs helped a lot. The names as follow Turk and Marwan

At the retail store in Staples Corner a gentleman called Tyrone assisted us and was extremely helpful and helped me make the right choice on the bed I needed

The sales assistant Tyrone French was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He had great product knowledge and was amazing at helping us choose the correct product.

Amira was excellent and coffee was very good

The assistant Louis provided information and help but did not hover around while I tried out beds - he gave me and my family plenty of time to try and re-try and ask further questions and then think. We never felt pressurised into making a decision. He left us a couple of times and came back just to see if we had any further questions, which we did, and he answered them. He also was very honest and told us about the bed he himself had purchased, which was not one of the ones we were looking at.

The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful where making a choice was concerned.

Came in yesterday with my mum and Tyrone the man who works here broke everything down clearly which allowed an easier choice to be made when choosing a bed, which had then caused me to come in today to make the purchase I wanted. Amira was also very helpful today with explaining what comes with the purchases made.

Louis was incredibly helpful and attended to all of our needs. He even offered us a drink which was lovely
