In the early morning we went to this store the person who was in the store help us . He's is very good man very cheerful men although we had our small baby which make very noise and enoieng but he ease very polite and helpful he's name is. Lois zaidman thanks to hem.

My order was made with Louis Zaidman. I can be very difficult when I buy something due to doing research before I buy and can ask a lot of questions. Louis was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and services. He made the service very easy and satisfying. Good range of products in store and well laid out.

I came into dreams to take a look at a few mattresses' and after I spoke to your salesman Louis he explained all the benefits of the product I purchased, understood all of my needs, and the reason I spent so much money was because he was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Originally I didn't mean to spend so much money but after speaking to Louis and with his outstanding product knowledge and great sales experience I am a very very happy dreams customer from now on.

We found a mattress we were about to purchase from John Lewis for double the price but we decided to pop into Dreams before doing so. The lady who helped us was very patient, attentive and she found us a mattress we liked just as much so we decided to purchase it immediately. She was helpful without being pushy which was great.
