Turk was a highly knowledgeable, engaging (and funny) guy. He gave us space to browse and try out items before talking to us and guiding us through the process (which was much needed as first time bed buyers!)

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dream as your colleague Tyrone Fecaka was very helpful in getting me exactly what i was looking for. He advise me on how to choose the mattress and spent alot of time in helping me to make up my mine and choosing the perfect matress and bed for me

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. At no time did I feel pressured. Tyrone listened to what I was looking for and showed me all the mattresses that might be suitable for me. He allowed me to try out the mattresses in my own time but was on hand when assistance was needed. He never pushed me towards buying a more expensive item, which I really appreciated. He was always friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
