The lady who was serving us was very friendly, welooming and answered all of our questions.

I felt very well looked after and all my questions were anwered to a highly satisfactory standard. I was assisted by Turk who made sure I understood everything I needed to know moving forward with my purchase (which was fantastic as I have never bought a bed before and had no idea how much there was to know /what my options were) and even offered me a glass of water which was a nice touch. Both Turk and Louis knew exactly when to leave me to browse and were there to help straight away when I was ready for assistance. Great service.

Louis Zaidman was brilliant. I said what I needed and he very quickly showed me the options. Once I agreed what I wanted ,the process was extremely simple and the offers were explained and I took up a few.

I was very satisfied as I was guided and advised by a lovely member of staff by the name of Tyrone. He made use of my visit and time by explaining in depth the difference between different products within the store. Even though I was asking many questions he still had patience to answer my questions correctly and wisely. He also had a friendly approach and made me feel very comfortable in purchasing products from the store which I feel is worth my money. His demeanor made me feel at ease and comfortable into buying products from the store and his professionalism was amazing. I came into the store worried about not knowing which and what to buy and Tyrone made me leave the store happy and satisfied. I highly appreciate his advice and his support throughout my visit today and I hope other customers could see him the way I do. He is a great member of staff working at dreams and think he needs to be rewarded for all his hard work. :)
