Dreams - Staples Corner

I was apprehensive about purchasing with Dreams, as I had heard a few complaints regarding the quality of the beds and customer service. However, I was very pleased with the purchases I have made and although the overall cost is pretty expensive and more than I had expected to pay, I am hoping that will be worth it because of the quality. TYRONE in particular was very helpful and made my 6 year old daughter really enjoy the visit to the Store, which was important as I was purchasing the bed for her. Both Tyrone and his assistant Louis were extremely helpful, which I appreciated. LOUIS was also helpful when discussing delivery and assembly, etc. Fingers crossed when the product finally arrives and is assembled, that it is every bit as good as advertised.

I was served by Turk. He was very attentive despite the store being busy. He was quick, efficient, friendly and helpful without being an overbearing salesman. Very happy with the service.

AMIRA at the staples corner near Brent Cross was absolutely amazing, she is a standard of what great customer service is. She was helpful friendly welcoming professional and really knew her stuff. We went three times till we purchased a bed and mattress and she remembered our names and what we wanted from the first visit. I wasn’t sure about buying from dreams because dunelms next door but it was Amira’s customer service that got the deal done. Thank you for making it a great experience will be coming back if amira is there.

I had a good idea (From your website) which products I wanted, but I received excellent advice as well as alternatives in my price range. I was made to feel comfortable, and offered tea. It was quite a lengthy exercise as I ordered quite a few products, but even though it was the end of a long work way, your member of staff Louis, was patient and helpful throughout
