From the moment my mother and I entered the door he greeted us as made us feel welcome on the 28th of December 2018. I live in Scotland (Glasgow) and Louis competently sorted out my order as well delivery plan on the day of my choice without any fuss. Everything went according to plan and I received my delivery as promised. We were very happy with the customer service we received from Louis. I visited your staples corner branch a couple Of months ago and was disgusted as to the customer service I received, I left and then the other day, decided I would give it another go, well WOW, what a fantastic experience, greeted with smiles and an extremely helpful customer service agent. He was on hand from when we walked through the door till when we left, without getting in the way and being annoying, couldn’t fault him at all, told us everything we needed, even though we didn’t know, and we were greatly surprised and grateful. Louis was incredibly welcoming to the store, and was great with my daughters ... one of whom we were buying the mattress for. He understood my requirements, especially when buying for an 11 year old who is still growing, and he also introduced us to great deals on duvets and pillows. Very knowledgeable, great salesman!
